about today's PT, it was pretty messy cos our initial plan was to have PT in Labrador Park, but it just had to rain, suay.

the only place we could have our PT was the grandstand, so we had to make do with the limited activities we were able to carry out. if you guys want more variety, you can suggest some interesting activities before/after the PT so that we can include them in the next PT. by protesting in the middle of a PT, it's not gonna help. cos we won't be able to switch plans as you guys wish on the spot. if we keep switching plans there's gonna be lots of delay and we'll be unable to achieve what we had wanted to get out of the PT.

yes, routine PTs can be boring but they are useful in building up your fitness. however if you really detest routine PTs for some unknown reason, think of some alternatives and i'm sure the PTIs will welcome your suggestions.

ODAC activities are not only for the main comm to plan; we need help from u guys too. we're a new CCA and all of us are working hard to get it started. so pleaseeee cooperate. feel free to email anyone of the main comm if you have any ideas or if you come across an event that you think we could take part in as a CCA. we need to train up and show Ms Ek that we are fit enough to go for overseas expeditions. if there's no cooperation within the CCA we'll never get things done. so please follow instructions so that we can complete things faster and we can organise more interesting events for everyone to take part in.
