hey all, mr tan wants us to return the stuffs we used during camp on wednesday (1st july), so for those who wont be going to schl on that day, please pass ur stuffs to somebody else [preferably someone who was in ur grp during camp] we'll most probably meet in the canteen [piano there] after physics paper. so please remember to bring all the things. sticks [broken/unbroken], pegs, mess tins, ground sheets, the stove thing.. i think thats all.. as for missing pegs, or spoilt stuffs, we settle after midyears bah. since we dont have time to go get them by wed anw.. jiayou & good luck for mid years (: [click on the images to see full size] more details can be found on http://www.trifactor.sg/ interested people, please let yingying or zoey know ATC's details
Date: 7th June 2009Venue: SengKang MRT, grass patch in front of Compass Point's 7-11 Reporting Time: Registration is from 830-915. even if you reach before the registration time but register after it (late), you will be unranked. Flag off is at 930. For registration, - all members must be present - everyone is to bring some form of personal identification - members are to be together at all times - race singlets have to be worn or worn on the outside - number tags must be in front, have to be easily seen - if any member of the team fall out halfway or dont participate in any activity (e.g. kayaking), then the whole group will be unranked - maps will be provided which includes the route from checkpoint to checkpoint - deviation from the designated route will cause the team to be diaqualified - there will be items along the way which the team will havbe to keep. do not lose the items - team will have to report to check-in stations upon reaching a checkpoint to record their timing and then carry out with the activity at that checkpoint - if team cannot finish the task within the time limit, there will be time penalty - after doing the task, go to the checkout station to get new map and record timing for the activity - black arrows are for cyclists, red arrows are for runners - we will be using double kayaks - replacement is possible until friday. MC must be provided for the person who is replaced. email the organising committee asap. ITEMS TO BRING: - minimum 1.5L of water per team - wear covered footwear - 1 x dry bag/waterproof bag to keep race document dry - 1 HP (MUST be waterproofed) - lunch is to be eaten on the road. no lunch wil be provided. we are not allowed to buy food along the way too. That should be all. If there are any more problems, can ask me (Sheila) then i will try my best to answer. (cos i may not know the answer) |
